Focus and Scope
Jurnal Insan Peduli Sosial Masyarakat (JIPEMAS) is a journal managed by the Institute for Research and Community Service of the LPPIMPEST. The journal aims to maintain and expand its international standing by careful selection on the merit of the papers submitted, thus providing a credible ongoing forum for debate and scholarly discourse. Special Issues are occasionally published to cover particular issues in depth.
JIPEMAS invites readers to submit papers that draw inferences, probe theory, and create new knowledge that informs practice, policy, and scholarship. Readers are also invited to comment and reflect upon the argument and opinions published.
Relevant topics for articles include:
- Training and Marketing that are utilized for community empowerment,
- SMEs and local communities;
- Community empowerment;
- Social Access;
- Community Service Activities by Students;
- Empowerment of Border Area Communities;
- Education for Sustainable Development;
- Community Empowerment Program;
- Design and Reach Appropriate Technology for Communities.
and such other topics as the Editors may deem appropriate. Articles need to make a significant contribution to the theoretical and /or methodological literature on the subject and contain a strong strategic management component.
